Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or utilizing the Cladov platform ("Service"), you represent that you are authorized to bind your organization to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our invoicing, inventory management, and appointment scheduling infrastructure. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.

2. Service Provision and Account Security

We provide the Service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including OTP codes and passwords. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Cladov implements rate limiting and IP tracking to mitigate abuse, and we reserve the right to suspend accounts engaging in automated scraping, brute-force attacks, or circumvention of tier limits.

3. Billing and Compliance

Cladov is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis: a starting monthly allowance of invoices, customers, and appointments is free, and additional volume is charged only for what you actually use. There are no fixed Starter/Pro/Enterprise tiers to outgrow. Cladov provides calculation tools for GST and other commercial metrics; however, the accuracy of tax configurations, HSN/SAC codes, and legal compliance of issued invoices remains the sole responsibility of the account owner. We do not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice.

4. Payment Processing Module

Our platform allows integration with third-party payment gateways, currently Razorpay and Stripe, to facilitate appointment bookings, capacity recharges, and invoice settlements. Where both gateways are available, you or your customer may choose either at checkout. Cladov acts solely as a technical intermediary. We are not a party to the financial transaction between you and your customers, and we disclaim all liability regarding chargebacks, failed settlements, or gateway disputes.

5. Limitation of Liability and Data Loss

The Service may experience unexpected downtime. Data loss is generally rare; however, users are explicitly required to maintain their own backups by regularly exporting their data. In no event shall Cladov or its operators be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of system downtime, data loss, or disruption of business operations. Our maximum aggregate liability under these terms is strictly limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, deprecate, or replace features of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice for any changes that materially impact core workflows. Continued use of the Service following such changes constitutes your acceptance.
